As far as I am aware, there isn't a guide or any other publication at present for questions that may be asked at a WCA medical assessment for ESA purposes, but I think that they will be similar to those included it the guide entitled "60 questions you’re likely to be asked at your incapacity medical," which can be found in the Incapacity resources section.
