seperating

me and my wife are thinking of separating due to some personal issues i get dla hrc, lrm and income support

she is thinking of going self employed and my son will stay with her so i know she can get ctc wtc housing benefit

i would like to know if we do seperate am i still allowed to vist her , and if required will i still be able to stay over at her house if needed

also am i applied to apply for a house from the council as my son might come and stay wiht me sometimes
