complained to atos

I complained about my medical to ATOS when I felt fit, and all the inaccuracies in the report, the notes and findings have been looked at by another ATOS doctor and has found in my favour, as the medical was incomplete as only checked for physical when I had completed mental as well. This was being sent to DWP by ATOS, this was over 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from DWP so not sure what to do next. Will probably wait until tribunal as I have been told by my advisor that the originally finding by the Decision maker at DWP are flawed and their case is dead. This still doesn't help me get better, but it was nice to have someone on my side for a change even if it doesn't change anything, by the way the doctor who gave me my medical no longer works for ATOS.

I cannot believe that Atos can tell one of their victims that they will send a copy of the report to the DWP but lack the common decency to send a copy of the report to the victim of Atos's actions!

You can always phone Atos and ask for a copy.

Had my letter for tribunal today so have said I wish to attend and have forwarded the letters from my MP and Atos. I have let my MP know what CAB have said but whether anything will happen is another matter!!! I like the idea of getting a journalist involved but i'm sure the benefits agency would turn it around to their advantage!!!

would like to hear from someone who has actually had a truthful report from atos.mind you i still beleive in santa
