Need help filling in ESA50

Your diagnosis is a lot less important than the effect it has on your day to day life and specifically how your illnesses affect your ability to complete the ESA tests.

Have a look at our ESA claim guides in the Members area, The Physical Claims guide may be able to help you with your IBS and the Mental Health guide will obviously help with the Depression.

You should be able to download a compatible copy of Reader on the following link.
