Sending copy of ESA50 to BDC

Well I think I've found it because the numbers match all my old correspondence not only with the DWP going back years but my old tax forms/national insurance letters too. So hopefully I'm set to go now.

I'm sending this so close to the deadline that I'm having to send it registered overnight next day delivery, so fingers crossed it gets there in time.
