Just received the "Brown Envelope" re migration IB to ESA.
I feel that I am prepared as much as I can be, have used all the guides on here.
2 x duplicate files ready to post, 1 with ESA50 and extra evidence, the other for the DM minus ESA50, ESA50 will be sent to DM at same time as ATOS.
Making appointment with G.P. to gain promised support letter.
That will be posted in DM files as soon as I have it.
Have requested Home Assessment, if needed, have made formal request for Reasonable Adjustments under Equalities Act, with threat of litigation if contravened.
Have told them I donot answer the phone, and will not, even though they seem to have my number from somewhere.
Here we go "All aboard the ESA Merrygoround" don't like merrygorounds, used to get dizzy and feel sick as a kid.
Will keep all informed, may not be posting as much for a while.
cheers

You've done your homework and preparation covering yourself for any eventuality; good for you.
If anyone dealing with your claim has any amount of sense and ability to reason they will see straight off that you know the process inside out!
In addition I hope they give your claim the time, attention and serious consideration that we should all be offered, and that, being only the least that is done for you.
You have helped me so many times on this website so consider me your support in spirit.
The best to you throughout the process/merry-go-round - that's so apt by the way and they do make most of us sick!
Kindest regards,
cmarie
