just after abit more info would the dwp assesment team have emailed atos with the date only giving me two weeks as well so should i write to them both as it was atos that sent out the original letter

could they stick to the two weeks even if i did this even though it hadnt given me the 6 weeks i should get

Given some of the stupid situations reported over the last couple of weeks I would have to say that iit was not impossible, however, I think it is highly unlikely as the six weeks is written into the ESA legislation.

If the worst case is realised you would have the right of appeal, and I would sugest a complaint with compensation.

I'm sure it will be fine, just concentrate on getting your ESA50 completed :)
