I agree.Atos don't take any notice of what's written in the ESA50, they didn't take any notice of mine. In my view this is done deliberately to make things even harder for the claimant.
My ESA medical was initially arranged for the only day I put on my form that I wasn't available (which was because I have a hospital appointment on that day).

It would be worth you contacting ATOS to re-arrange the appointment.I had the dreaded letter on Saturday my Atos medical is on the 15th. My ESA50 included written information from my Doctor that my condition is incurable and I am not capable of work. I told them I need an appointment after 11am mine is 9.30am, I told them I do not use public transport. The letter included instructions and times it would take me to catch busses and trains from my home. I have told them how far I can walk and how long it takes me. Abled-bodied people could not match the times quoted. I have a good idea where my claim is heading.
Unless your ESA50 was returned in the first couple of weeks of the period allowed it is likely that the appointment for your medical was generated automatically, and therefore would bot include any restrictions that you might have stipulated.
The travel information is standard to all appointment letters and is included for your "convenience".
Contact information for ATOS will be on the letter they sent you.
One last point, until you receive written confirmation that your appointment has been moved, you should assume that the original one still applies.

Been there, had the most unbelievable ATOS report which I then shot down in flames and a trip to an appeal hearing was not needed as someone at the DWP saw sense.
good luck !
