As, I assume, more than six months have elapsed since the Decision that you appealed you are entitled to make a new claim for ESA without restriction.I have lost my appeal at the tribunal see my previous posts due to the fact that I have Fibromyalgia. I have just got another sick note from my GP FOR ANOTHER 13 WEEKS.I was told by the DWP to put a fresh claim in for ESA! Does this not seem a little strange? As I lost my appeal last week and the very people who stopped my ESA are now telling me to put a fresh claim in. I would be grateful if anyone could make a comment on this with information and advice as to where I go now.It seems a little bit ridiculous ! My GP did not want to give me a sick note as he said that the DWP do come down on them for this!
Thanks, Paul

you wont have lost the appeal becasue of what you say is wrong with you, many mebers get esa and dla for your problem without even going to appeal... have they given you a written reason for not awarding esa ? because if not i think the place to start is to ask for that then get expert advise on what to do next a good place to start might be a support group for fibromyalgia
you need to keep posotive and not give in
