esa medical postponed whilst im sat waiting

esa medical postponed whilst im sat waiting was created by KB
just been for my 2nd esa medical,(1st one was a year ago ) we got signed in,& sat down waited 15 mins past appointment time,when a nurse came out & told us that as i have had a tia i need to see a doctor not a nurse.have the rules changed as i saw a nurse last year who to quote said "i have never seen anyone with problems following a tia" im now even more stressed as you folks all know how stressful it is especially on the day of the medical.

i posted yesterday that for certain nuro problems it has to be a dr have you something that would come under that heading

not really,many diff probs,but nothing extra after last years medical done by a nurse but surely they would have known who needed to examine me when they arranged the medical. as with many people its getting a bit too much for me

Most ESA medicals are booked by computer before the ESA50 is received, so it is likely that they simply booked the next doctor or in your case, nurse, who was available, only to find when they read the form that a doctor was needed.
