I doubt if there would be any case law for ESA with regard to parenting, because it is a relatively new allowance. There may however be case law applicable to the IB personal capability assessment which could be interpreted to meet the exceptional circumstances criteria in relation to parenting for ESA purposes.

The problem would be locating the relevant documents, as it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Possible locations could include:-

Rightsnet - Caselaw.

Disability Alliance - Case Law Summaries.
