Help - money and illness

I was wondering, am not sure about this even though I have looked, if a person is placed in the WRAG group how much per week would they be paid - I presently get the fuill allowance less x amount due to my private pension - it works out at around £75 per week. what would it be - full amount would be ok I can calculate from there - per week in WRAG.

I also spoke to my Rheumo consultant and Physio and they both confirmed I am NOT allowed in eitehr the Gym nor Hydro pool duwe to the history of blacking ourt suddenly. This goes back 3 years and is noted on my medical records - the reason this occurs is due to Osteoarthritis (I have 3 forms) causing small slivers of bone to break away from my spinal column in my upper neck and place pressure on the nerval cortex / blood flow and oxygen flow to my brain {though they are still loking for that part - i'll keep you posted on any discovery]. There is absolutly nothing they can do to alleviate the issue and it is expected to get worse - question is; is this justifiable cause to apply to be placed into support Grp? The blackout can last anywhere from 20 secs to 5 mins at a time [had 1 yesterday at cancer clinic]and I get around 2 to 3 per week, maybe 6 on a bad week!

I can see that your blackouts or loss of consciousness attracts 15 points, but don't know enough about support group criteria to advise.

You obviously have complex difficulties - i certainly hope you waould be assigned to the support group.

Yea, activity can hasten the problem, also if I move my neck in certain ways it gets far worse - simply put my spine is fussing - it is extremely painful to say the least.

The thing I have with the ESA allowance is that I can only find info on single person rates - I am married and get the DLA Mobility and mid rate of care at present, am pretty useless without my wife - I try and cook we run out of plates quickly lol -all the ESA seems to mention is single allowance, no married person rates shown? Was wondering if I would actually get anything due to her working and my pension - if I won't get a penny then they can - well you know what with their medical forms! Our income without benefits is about 1600 per month.
