I have already been awarded ESA and DLA Indefinitely .. Anyone know why I've got to fill out another ESA50 to send back to ATOS .. Was placed in the wrag instead of the support group that I feel I should have been placed..

Hi Tommo

I'm afraid most ESA claimants are being reassessed at a ridiculous frequency, often after 6 or even 3 months.

Thanks for the reply Derek.. What a waste of time and money .. they know I've got a very progressive incurable condition that's only getting worse and will never get better.. then again I suppose I can tell them that I'm worse now than the last time I had a Atos medical..?

Tommo - Let your MP know about this idiocy. Putting you through the wringer yet again causes you unnecessary distress and is a complete waste of public money. Two good reasons for your MP to take an interest!

It's really easy to email your MP through this website: www.writetothem.com

Hi T,

Try to keep it simple, firstly explain the facts as to your complaint.

Then explain how the issues have affected you and your health, and what you think is wrong about the process.

Then request the M.P.'s help in this complaint, and ask the M.P. what they intend to do.

Then ask for a reponse to confirm receipt of the complaint.

You may well just receive a standard reply initially.

Take your time, read over it and alter as many times as you like.

It may help if you have a friend, family member, or carer, who can read over it with you and provide their thoughts on it.

Don't worry M.P.'s receive many thousands of letters from many different people on a regular basis.

cheers
