esa50 form question some advice please

Hi ive been filling out my esa50 form and am struggling on the going out question.i can rarely go out alone so didnt tick i could go out alone.i have discribed in the space on form the questiona regarding going out with someone you know and leaving home on your own to go to places you dont know.does this mean i can never go out alone as i didnt tick can go out alone box or is it ok to rarely go out alone or should i put it on the form in the space provided i rarey go out alone

Just to add my specialist who has done a report has said i avoid going out and what happens if i do.

i know the mods are busy but any advice be gret need to send form off asap

I think that ESA50 forms encourage you to give answers that are misleading in terms of whether you qualify for ESA, so if in doubt, do what you've done and explain the situation, if necessary continuing to an extra sheet.

thanks survivor.so should i put in that i rarely go out alone,otherwise it seems i never go out alone its very confusing like a trick question.im concerned if i leave out putting in rarely can go out alone i would get in trouble if i did go out alone.
