Hi nada,
Mods simply write this to put a thread back to the top of the forum, if the information is of importance to members.
"Bumping" it to the top.
You'll notice that it is done also with the notification that the forum is closing at 6PM on a Friday.
So the Bump has no particular significance in it's self.
