tribunal decision

hi
ive been fighting for dla since february finally had my tribunal on monday and i have been awarded high rate mobility and middle rate care by the tribunal.
i was just wondering is this the decision now or does the dla people still have final say on if i am awarded it or not im so worried as it was a unanimous decision by the tribunal and it has been very stressful enough

Hi,

Technically the DWP could (as you could if the result was adverse to you) try to seek leave to appeal to the Upper tier on the grounds of an error having occurred in law at your tribunal.

However, that happens so infrequently it is hardly worth worrying about at all to be honest.

thank you pete for replying so quickly and thank you for your information,it has been a really hard slog, very stressful and sometimes cos feeling so ill and poorly couldnt be bothered at times, but sometimes you cant help worrying and stressing until you see it in black and white and reading some peoples bad news and forums on here does make you worry,so maybe i should stop worrying and enjoy!!!
