Well, its impossible to say in my view, but I guess the migration from IB to ESA is happening on a different basis, although one can never be sure!
failure of mobility claim on review fro hrm

can you explain the following in simple
wording please
And the forward and backwards rule? Existing for 3 months prior to the date of your claim or renewal and likely to continue for at least another 6 months?

Bal, I'll do my best! I know it sounds confusing, but put simply means the condition must have been present for 3 months before your claim or renewal, and expected to last for at least another 6 months after you claim, as far as the angina and rheumatics (or any other condition) are concerned.
I have edited my post for clarity as the correct terminology is "Expect" and not likely.

three points
is it the date of the decision or the date of the submission
of the claim form -- to have been suffering from these conditions.
i sent copies of hospital letters for both these conditions with the completed form
answer to your second point is --yes
letters are linked to previous hospital letters i believe
i do not understand the following, can you please explain:-
providing you can show the letters are contemporary to the Decision using other evidence
