How long is too long? was created by sheleo
I had my ESA medical over three weeks ago but still haven't had the result. My expenses have been paid and my IB has continued to be paid. I was just wondering how long people are waiting for a decision and how long I should leave it 'til I contact the DWP? I can't ask for the ESA85 etc., until I know the outcome.
The 'stress' of waiting just goes on!

I am afraid there is no definitive answer to your question.
It has been noticed that the process is taking much longer as of late.
It is now up to the DWP DM to inform you of his decision.
If it is getting to you too much waiting, you could contact the DM if you wished.
