hi just finished my form wanted to say a big thanks i was going crazy till i found this website it has been invaluable on filling the form in and well worth the fee fingers crossed with the 30 pages plus evidence i sent them i wont be called for the dreaded medical proably will though lol to anyone else outhere recieving theyre forms it is acheviable good luck will keep you updated
