When I went for my medical the HCP lady said she had only briefly looked at my questionaire. I thought they had to read it and refer to it at the medical.

Hi col,

The HCP is supposed to have read your ESA50, and any additional evidence before assessing you.

I would consider "briefly looking" at it, to be unacceptable.

If you read the WCA Handbook, in the ESA Resources, through the orange MEMBERS ONLY area on the left, it mentions this issue.
