Questions where unreal, have I informed the DVLA of my mobility issues,What am I going to do with my life when I have had both my knee operations!!! Dance Hopefully.
I couldnt understand the relevance and am so unnerved that I have actually checked the DVLa website for the need to inform and I am pleased that I do not have to as I do not use special controls. Both panel members agreed that I am in a much worse condition than 15 mths ago.I have just filled in another ATOS medical form and am about to go into hospital, will I still be placed in WRAG group even though I will be unable to work until both knees are done?

Failed in my appeal today which I have waited 15 months for !!!! I was appealing the decision to place me in the WRAG group rather thean the support group.

Hi W,
Sorry to hear your appeal failed.
If your condition has deteriorated since the decision that you have just appealed, ensure that you go into detail on how your worsened condition and resulting limitations qualifies you for entry into the support group this time round.
Don't forget that the Tribunal would have based their decision on how your limitations affected you at the time of the decision to put you in WRAG, and not at the time of the actual Tribunal hearing.
Have you looked at all the ESA Guides in the orange MEMBERS ONLY area on the left?.
Good luck in your current WCA, and in filling in your ESA50, I hope you gain a correct assessmet this time.
cheers

Probably the most ridiculous and irrelevant question I've heard from an ESA tribunal, who should be looking at your condition at the time of the decision! What am I going to do with my life when I have had both my knee operations!!!

As a matter of interest, were you required to attend any WFI's or take part in any Work Related Activity while you were appealing WRAG to Support Group?.
cheers

No I haven't had to take part in any WFI's or take part in any WR activity during the 15 months I was waiting for the appeal.
