incapacity benefit was created by shellys
hi everyone I have the date for my tribunal in a couple of weeks, I have sent in lots of information to support my claim. I have a form of arthritus in the disability rights handbook it states that you are excempt from the PCA if you have progressive inflamatory arthritus I also inject once a week a CYTOTOXIC chemotherapy drug again in the DRH it states that you are deemed incaparble of working whist on the immune suppresive treatments, the story so far is that I have been helping a good friend doing jobs around he house ie sewing, ironing. My incapacity benefit was disallowed in january because I was doing this work and have done so since my claim back in 2007, they have said that they have allowed this work to be permitted work higher limit but in cap can only be paid for a 52 week period, I did not know this , so they have paid me every other year and have billed me for the other years . so what I need to know is do I have a good chance of winning the tribunal based on the excemption and exclusions that I have quoted above?this all seems very complecated I know but need to know a bit of info from you people thanks Shelly,( sorry about the spelling)

I am afraid that we cannot give personal advice, see here
DId you get advice following your post at the beginning of April? If not, you urgently need to speak to someone at your local CAB or Welfare Rights office,
