Wrong documents received

It looks a little odd I know but it's the right page without the proper layout. If you click on a link you go back to the maintenance message but this says to me the maintenance is genuine, they aren't in hiding!

Thanks for the link and yes I will be making a copy of the covering letter sent with the documents otherwise it would be all to easy to deny the mistake!

I also received another persons appeal paperwork back in 2007. I rang the tribunal and they sent me out a pre-paid envelope to return the documentation. They were very casual about it and didn't feel it was an issue (reading between the lines, I interpreted that as it happens a lot)

I think you're right Doris, I have the feeling they couldn't care less and I have yet to receive any satisfactory answers on any questions I have had. That's why I thought I would take this opportunity to make a bit more of a fuss. Don't know if they will react any differently but I will be interested to see!

A similar thing happened to someone I know, they requested their ESA85 from the DWP, and along with their own they also received someone elses.

When they rang the DWP to inform them, the DWP simply asked if it could be popped in an envelope and returned to them.

However, when the complaint was escalated, and the M.P. informed , a phone call from the DWP was received, asking if they could send someone round to pick it up personally.

The friend told them that they would delay there decision on that, until the M.P. had been in touch.

Rather a change in attitude me thinks.
