Can you help please ,and let me know when will be the best time to send it off ,i do know it will be sent out about 6months before claim runs out ,any help will be greatly appreciated ,and help filling in my new form ,info .etc .i have all my documents ,my disabilities will not change ,unless they become worse .im always in pain ,every day of my life .Thank you for all your help on this wonderful site.xxxx
Hi,
Firstly congratulations on your tribunal result.
As your award will run out next June, the DWP should send out the forms for reclaiming DLA somewhere between three and 5 months before your current claim
expires.
As you say your condition will not change, it is definitely worth hanging onto all paperwork connected with your current claim, and even writing to the tribunal venue to ask for a copy of the tribunal panels statement of reasons, in order to assist you with your future claim as it is so soon in the future.
Pete
