Big fat ZERO :-(

Had my DLA reply back today a big fat zero !! really don't understand how they got it to that I am currently on high rate mobility and low care ! nothing has changed in my illness if anything it is worse on the letter they never stated that they took the GP and pain clinic letter into consideration do they not read these!!

Have they said anything on the letter as to why your DLA has been refused?

oh yes they said based on the info given from my application no mention of medical letters from doc and pain clinic(which i have read so they have been done and sent)they consider the info most suitable enough to decide. they said i can walk 60!! metres, slowly, in resonable manner. no metion that i have pain all the time no let up on it, they said i didnt need help with supervision because of anxiety or panic attacks( weell i do and take medication for it ) it goes on very negative i feel they have not looked at my application enough.

From what you have said, the only option is to appeal the adverse decision as you are understandably dissatisfied with the outcome.

You can do so by using form GL24, and by referring to the appeal guides in the DLA resources.
