A big thank you to all moderators

How often do we say a huge thank you to all the invaluable advice and suppport all you mods give all of us here. The time you put in to answer all the queries despite your own health issues is really amazing and you are all to be admired for the huge amount of effort you all put in. Thank you for all the advice you have so far given me, and to others. We would be lost without you. A big big thank you to you all. You are all truely wonderful.

Yes, you all deserve a medal!!!

Your 'job', which everyone knows is unpaid, and something that you do just to help others, would be so much easier if:

1) People read the guides FIRST, instead of asking questions that need not be asked!

2) Do a search FIRST to see if someone has already asked the same question!

I hope I haven't upset any users by saying this, I just hope that it will make them THINK first.

Agreed, I haven't been here for long but am amazed at the depth of knowledge that the mods display - and the fact that they give so generously of their time and expertise.
