WRAG dismissing disabilities...is it illegal?

I've been following the injustice of this situation where most people with illnesses and disabilities are being placed in WRAG, with a view to getting them back into work. Tell me if I'm wrong but isn't this absurd? Firstly if you are unwell and cannot do much for yourself and have a limited lifestyle, then how can you be expected to go out and work/come off benefits? Secondly, who would employ people with such real health problems? Where are the jobs going to come from, as able bodied people cannot find work at present? None of this makes sense to me and on top of all that, I wonder if it is illegal to subject the most vulnerable in society to this type of pressure and distress. There have already been tragic consequences of this already and I would hate to see more unwell people go through such trauma, which will not help their conditions, one iota.
Is there anything constructive we can do?

Hi TCP,
Many members have contacted their M.P.'s regarding their own adverse experiences of the ESA WCA process, and have also voiced their general concerns.
You can do so via this link. :

I have written to my MP, Lord Freud and Chris Grayling. That's a start - let's get the letters in!
A couple of toppers if ever there was, i wouldn't hold your breath waiting on a constructive response!
