Tribunal results

I never got the results soi phoned the Tribunal office in Sutton to tell them and they promised to send a copy out that day by first class post (that was Thursday)
And today I STILL have no results!
I need the results... I need closure as it was a very bad and humiliating experience.
How do I get the results? Has anyone got any good ideas on where I go or what I do next?

I had my DLA tribunal on Oct 15th- the panel said they were too short of time to give the results as they had another person to see so they would post out the results. (Funnily enough there was no one else waiting in the 4 roomed building unless they were hiding in a cupboard)

Hi Roseleen
I was sorry to hear you found your tribunal a bad and humiliating experience, it certainly shouldn't have been and you could make a complaint.
Some people elect for paper tribunals, which might be what the chair was referring to when he said there was another case to be heard.
You won't be able to get decisions over the phone the only way to get results of your tribunal is to wait for the decision to come in the post.
I suppose it's possible to ask them to fax it to you, but I'm not sure if this is possible or not.
Best of luck with everything. Hope you get the results soon.
Kind regards

I've phoned the DWP and they have not had the result either...
I was going to ask if you had checked your postal address with them. But in light of your above quote, it would appear they've yet to post it out.
Something is not being addressed correctly for you to wait this long. I'm at a loss what to suggest, but it must be very frustrating for you.

The tribunal usually posts the decision notice to the appellant and DWP at the same time. It often takes over a month for it to reach the relevant DWP department, so you should receive it well before the DWP.
I'm afraid you can only wait for it, and phone Tribunals Service if it doesn't arrived soon.
Hope it's a positive result.
