Upper Tribunal Judges ( formerly Social Security Commissioners) usually deal with First-tier Tribunal decisions in this manner.
Two slots will be 80 minutes as the Clerk to the Tribunal will normally in accordance with TS procedure, one slot is 40 minutes.
