The tribunal was on 1st March this year following the "Sec of State's decision" on 23/07/11, following the initial medical.
At the tribunal the descriptors satisfied in schedule 2 were 1b,2e,3c,5a,6a and 11a.
The descriptors satisfied in Schedule 3 was 5a, or alternatively 3.
(I have very active rheumatoid arthritis/Lupus with secondary Sjorgrens and Raynauds syndrome and also have temporal lobe epilepsy/simple partial seizures.
All these were evidenced by my GP and consultants at the tribunal and I sent the same evidence and tribunal decision in with the second Atos form in July this year.
