Did they say why it has been put back to 2013 when you saw them? Could you ask them to put what they said to you in writing, that way they can't say that they denied even showing you that on the system and even talking to you about it. You know what the dwp/jobcentres are like.
Not a work focused interview, just basicly checking i am who i say i am, having only moved to this area just under a year ago. In fact was quite taken aback by how friendly she was and with the advice given. i.e did i know i could claim for DLA. Maybe it's because i moved that the date got altered??
