hi this is just to say thankyou to all at benefits and work. i have just received letter stating that the decision to be in the support group has been changed in my favour. and that i will not be going to appeal, i followed faithfully the advice given and i hope that this post encourages many others not to give up hope and to persevere. i have been a member for a while but was new to the forum, especial thanks to bro 58.

when i received the appeals bundle there were a number of discrepances in the nurses report.
i made an appointment with my doctor who in turn pointed out so many errors in the report the doctor then supplied me with a letter confirming my various conditions
in very strongly worded terms
before my case was due to be heard the dwp
changed their decision in my favour..
