ESA & WRAG Obligations When Appealing

I am receiving Incap. Benefit, am being re-assessed for ESA, and am expecting a medical summons.
If I am eventually put in the WRAG and I appeal, will my obligations under the WRAG be identical to someone put in there who is not appealing?
I am thinking in terms of what participation or attendances might be required under any WRAG programme.
