ESA and DLA are seperate benefits, there is no reason why your DLA should be affected while you appeal an ESA Decision.
If you are appealing to the Upper Tribunal, then you are
not entitled to the ESA Assessment rate, this is only payable when appealing to the Lower Tribunal.
