Hi, just a note to let you know that I have found your site to be a great benefit with its wealth of information.
In November I had to submit my DLA renewal form (I get higher rate mobility and middle rate care.) and today I have had my ATOS medical at home.

Why hasn’t my post appeared?
Any way, its over for now and I will await the outcome, I can feel an appeal coming on in the near future

sorry, I did not mean to appear to attack the doctor, it was more of the way he asked the questions and the way he was reluctent to listin to what I was saying.

We quite understand how you must feel, however we have to protect both you and Benefits & Work, which is why I applied rule 6. Moderator's decisions are of course subjective.
I hope you get the right outcome.
