Hello,
checking with your government tribunals venues link, I established for me it would be either London or Edinburgh?!
Did I get that right??

Hi S,

I surmise that you are referring to this thread :

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?func=vie...id=10&id=81249#81249

As I would have to know your postcode, to check, and you wouldn't want to publish that on the open forum, I'm afraid that I cannot answer your question. :)

Under the drop down for types of Tribunal you should have choosen "Social Security and Child Support" then entered your postcode.

My mistake, Bro,
I selected employment instead. There are some nearer home for me.
Can a designated other attend in my place,
if I am unable to attend?

Hi S,

You can either opt for a "paper hearing" where you don't have to attend, or an "oral hearing", where you do.

Success rates are less though for "paper hearings"
