Are the 2005 regulations that stated that
claimants with Autism/Asperger's Syndrome or on home oxygen (amongst other conditions) still in force?

Is this in connection with ESA and WFIs?
THE ESA Regulations are dated 2008 and there are no specific exceptions to WFI attendance, although a claimants condition must be taken into account.
