Incapacity Review

I have been in receipt of Incapacity Benefit and D.L.A at the middle rate since 1997 some fifteen years, I also receive Pension Credit Guaranteed and I my wife receives carers money for me,
plus Council Tax etc.

My Incapacity Benefit comes up for review on 28/12/2012 and I will be 65 on 5/04/2013 some three months later pension age.

Will I have to fill in the ESA50 form and go through all the process again, or will I get my benefit extended for three months as I understand that I may be exempt as I will meet the 2014 age limit?

No you won't have to convert to ESA. You'll stay on Incapacity Benefit until you reach pension age.

Will I still have to fill in any forms to extend my payment from 28/12/12 to my 65 birthday 05/04/48

No. You will on;y be contacted reference your pension.
