Dla success was created by lulubel71
Yesterday received The dreaded brown envelope , I got my hubby to open it and I couldn't believe it when he said that I have been awarded hrm and mrc until 2014. And also a couple of months ago I applied for a blue badge and finally got that too. Still don't know what to about my appeal that has been going on since last June . My hubby thinks I should still go ahead with it any advice?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The Tribunal re-make the Decision that you originally appealed, so they are looking at your conditions as they were last year.Yesterday received The dreaded brown envelope , I got my hubby to open it and I couldn't believe it when he said that I have been awarded hrm and mrc until 2014.
