Hi, will I get my statement of reasons when I receive my medical reports etc.. off the DWP in a couple of weeks or do I need to ask for it separately?

Also, I normally get paid on a Friday every fortnight and the money normally goes in first thing in the morning but it has not gone in. Has anyone else had this happen to them? I am in the WRAG group, appealing at the moment. I haven't been informed of any change to my benefit. Many thanks.

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

The DWP use your National Inssurance Number to decide which day you should be paid, see the following FAQ

Benefit payment dates

If today was your prescribed pay day, then you should contact the DWP on Monday if you have still not been paid. For an automated system, which should not human intervention, it fails to pay claimants quite regularly
