Hello there.
I had a medical in March, Failed in May so we are appealing on basis of Depression / Anxiety not being put across correctly. We have appealed before and went from 0 - 15 with your help.
However I was sitting on a good ESA + Enchanced Disability premium (Single, claiming DLA living alone).
When I phoned today that not only had my ESA stopped but also my Premiums had stopped they said that while appealing ESA I cannot claim any premiums(But I'll get it all backdated!). The DLA has remained unchanged and its a bit difficult going back to the appeal rate alone.
Are the DWP correct in taking away the premiums while I appeal (again?). Was work support now appeal rate and hopefully win rate when they decide to appeal with help here.
