ESA Appeal was created by kay-d
Hi i'm a newbie on here. I have RA, OA in my ankles and knee and sjergrens. My ESA stopped on the 30 April. I put in an appeal to be put in the Support Group after following the advice and tips on here,Asking to be sent all info from DWP. I received a letter saying they would take another look, but no info , so rang the office requesting again and they sent me a copy of ESA &ESA85 but nothing else. Should I write again because there is nothing saying anything about scoring or anything?.Thanks for your help.

We would normally expect the ESA85 to give you a good indication of what points you have scored although it may not actually contain the actual numbers.

The following FAQ explains what documents are available

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

You also may wish to consider submitting a Subject Access Request, there is a guide for this on the following link
