I sent evidence from my dr with appeal letter to say that I cannot walk more than 50 metres due to pain and fatique.

I'm afraid that I am not aware of any statistics that cover the scenario you mention. I can tell you that is does happen, and based on comments on the forum , it is happening more frequently, now, than it used to.
