Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You need to make your request for a Statement of Reasons, in writing, to the Tribunal Office that was handling your appeal. See
Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons
To progress this you will need to show that there has been an Error of Law in the proceedings
What is an Error of Law?
You will need to get advice from someone with experience with appealing to the Upper Tribunal, try Googling "welfare advice" with your town or county.

As an alternative, which can be done in parallel to any other action you might make, you can make a new claim for DLA.

According to my contact at the Tribunal Services currently over 55% who appeal are successful.
I'm afraid I cannot give you a useful link for this at present, as it would be out of date.
The latest statistics should be in the public domain next month.
I used to be a DLA Tribunal Member, so have contacts where I can get information before it appears in the public domain.
