The pre-ESA50 letter and phone call was created by MariW
I had never heard of preliminary letters and telephone calls prior to reading this form. Is a letter plus phone call two weeks prior to the issue of an ESA50 a standard/mandatory ATOS action ?

It is standard for anybody being transferred from another benefit to ESA but not for anybody already receiving ESA.

I've logged off my moderator user and logged in as a normal user and I can see your posts in the Topic List page, is there some other way that you are trying to see posts that is not working for you.
