dla was created by paul burgess
i have been in receipt of dla for the past six years.i had a form to fill in this morning saying they need some additional information to determine if i am receiving the correct rate of dla.i rang them up and they told me that i was picked at random by a computer to fill in one of these forms.i am on dla indefinately.i completed the esa50 questionaire and returned it a week ago and am waiting to hear from them but now this form from dla has turned up out of the blue

I am afraid that even people on DLA indefinately can be reviewed under the 'right payment' scheme. As you were told, this process is initiated randomly in most cases.
I see that your username might be your real name in full. Many people prefer to use an alias in order to maintain some anonymity on a public forum.
