There is significant variation, both across regions and within them.
To hear about a face to face assessment should be 3-4 weeks but could easily be 2 months or longer.
To hear about a decision without a f2f should be 5-6 weeks but could be 3 months or longer
To hear about a decision after a f2f could be a further 5-6 weeks or 5 months or longer.
And of course, a small number of claims are dealt with faster than the above.
