DWP dont know about ESA50S forms was created by sandra
Hi, I phoned the DWP to see if they could post the ESA85S form and they said there are no such forms named ESA85S. I explained it was the PSS, but they said no iall the information is on the medical report. So there doesn't seem to be any more I can do about this.

According to the WCA Handbook it exists, it is supposed to be produced as an extra page to the ESA85 by the LiMa software that the assessor uses, but I suspect, as I suggested in a previous post, that the most likely explanation is that it was not completed by your assessor, and that is why nobody can find it.

I hope that your tribunal goes well and you soon have a decision in your favour. Please let us know how it goes.
