Schedule 2 ESA regulations and Schedule 3 regs was created by nik
could someone point me in the direction of "the descriptors schedule 2 to the ESA regulations
and explain to me what Schedule 3 is about?
whats the difference between them?
my ESA appeal papers state i dont meet "the descriptors schedule 2 to the ESA regulations".. which i do !
but then attached is a document titled schedule 3 - assessment of whether a claimant has limited capability for work related activity
confused as the attached schedule 3.document seems to have the descriptors the same as what i have stated i meet (schedule 2)

Schedule 2 refers to the ESA Descriptors for the WRAG and Schedule 3 refers to the Support Group Descriptors. Some of the WRAG 15 point Descriptors, but not all, correspond to Support Group Descriptors, which is why they seem to be duplicated.
The terms derive from the original ESA Regulations 2008, where the Descriptors were include in Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 of the legislation.

Have a look at the ESA Claims due to Physical problems, the Descriptors correspond to the questions.
