Does anyone know if you are on dla higher rate care, indefinate award, are you automatically transferred to pip or will there still be a need for another medical? My husband has alzheimers. Thanks

Whilst similar the PIP criteria are far more detailed than those under DLA, so everyone, should expect to be re-assessed for PIP, however, this does not mean that a face to face will be required, although the suggestion is that more will claimants will have one under PIP than under DLA.
